Lord John Birt, former Director General of the BBC, from 1992–2000, and Strategy Adviser to the Prime Minister Tony Blair, from 2000–2005, will deliver the third lecture in the Burning Issues Lecture Series.
The series addresses the burning issues of today which are shaping the economies and business environments of the future.
The lecture, Why Government is Ineffective will be delivered on Thursday 2 February at 5.30pm in the Leggate Theatre, Victoria Gallery & Museum.
