XJTLU Vice President receives award Professor David Sadler, Vice President at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) has been awarded the title of Suzhou Excellent Foreign Expert. The inaugural award aims to commend foreign experts who have promoted Sino-foreign co-operation and exchange in economy, technology, culture, education and sport and made outstanding contributions to Suzhou’s economic construction and social development.
