Academic teaching staff across the University are invited to take part in an important research project that will support the development of equality and diversity knowledge and practice across the Higher Education sector.
The aim of the project, commissioned by the Equality Challenge Unit and conducted by researchers at De Montfort University, is to understand how Higher Education Institutions across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales are developing the equality and diversity skills, knowledge and values of academic teaching staff and to assess the effectiveness of those approaches.
