We always love a good news story about our city and it was great to see that Liverpool has been voted as the third best-rated destination in the UK in TripAdvisor’s annual Travellers’ Choice awards for Destinations.
The winners were chosen based on algorithm-based reviews and ratings for hotels, restaurants and experiences.
London pipped Liverpool to the post to claim first place and Edinburgh came second.
