CoreHR Outage – 26 March 2020

CoreHR will be unavailable between 8am and 6pm on Thursday 26 March 2020 due to a necessary outage. During this period all services and users will be impacted as below:

Individuals:  You will not be able to access or update any existing personal data, leave requests or job applications via CoreHR Portal. Any job applications already submitted will be unaffected. You will also not be able to view/book workshops.  If you would like to request workshop information, contact theacademy@Liverpool.ac.uk or Jane Goodwin (Health and Safety workshops) on jgoodwin@liverpool.ac.uk.

System administrators: The CoreHR Support Team (corehr@liverpool.ac.uk) and the Post Management Team (hrsys@liverpool.ac.uk) will not have access to view or process existing or new requests during the outage. You will also not be able to access or update a person’s sickness, work pattern or annual leave.

Recruitment administrators: You will not be able to access or update any recruitment campaigns including status updates.

Potential candidates: Access to E-Recruitment will be unavailable to potential candidates during this time and a note to this effect will be placed on the portal.

Contract Management and Staff Requisitions

Individuals can continue to submit Manager Requests and Staff Requisitions until the outage and the team will action these as soon as Core is back up and running. For any queries, please contact hrsys@liverpool.ac.uk.


Payroll

The payroll timetable will not be affected by this outage.
