This week is Wellbeing Week – albeit a little different this year!
As we are not physically on campus, due to social distancing measures, we have moved our wellbeing events and activities online.
Taking care of your wellbeing is as important now, if not more, than ever. By staying at home you’re helping to protect yourself, family, NHS, and community, but a consequence might be that you feel isolated, worried, and anxious, or you could be concerned about your health, or the health of others.
This is why it is really important to take care of your mind as well as your body, and to make sure you get any support that you need. To help, here are some ‘wellbeing’ virtual events and activities, all of which align to the NHS’s 5 steps to mental wellbeing, that are taking place over the next 7 days:
An opportunity to take a moment of relaxation and reflection with the Meditation Society.
