Liverpool Life upgrade: What to do if you are self-isolating

To support essential upgrades, the Liverpool Life student portal will be unavailable on two occasions in November and once in December. This means that during this time, students will not be able to access registration and notification of self-isolation functions.

The dates Liverpool Life will be unavailable is:

  • 5pm Friday, 6 November to 5pm Saturday, 7 November
  • 5pm Friday, 27 November to midday on Monday, 30, November
  • December: Dates to be confirmed

The additional date Liverpool Life will be unavailable will be confirmed as soon as possible.

On the dates that Liverpool Life is unavailable, students must still notify the University that you are self-isolating. You can do this by completing the Self-Isolating form. As per the existing guidance, students should also continue to inform their School Support Office by phone or email.
