Messages from our Peer Mentors for the festive season

Peer Mentors

Our University of Liverpool Peer Mentors have had a very busy semester, engaging with more the 2,800 fellow students through a series of online workshops and webinars, as well as one to one messaging via the Handshake platform from Careers & Employability.

It’s now time for a well-deserved break, and so from Thursday 18 December until 7 January they will be unavailable to contact on Handshake. However, they didn’t want to leave without providing some of their useful tips and advice for students.

Every morning from 14 December to  6 January they will be sharing a pre-recorded message via their @livunimentors twitter account, as well as posting the videos on the new My Liverpool App.

Tune in each day for their recommendations for events taking place across the city, places to visit, and online activities that you can get involved with over the festive period. They will also be sharing information about any freebies they come across, and some useful well-being information.

The Peer Mentors would like to wish you a pleasant and enjoyable winter break, and look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

We hope you manager to tune in and getting to know our Peer Mentors better!
