Merseytravel have announced that from Sunday, 24 January 2021 temporary timetables will be in place across many bus services as a result of the pandemic.
The temporary timetables will see a reduction or a removal of some services. First and last bus services will be maintained where possible.
A revised timetable is already in place across Merseyrail services. However further changes for rail are likely. A revised timetable was introduced on Monday, 18 January for Northern Rail services.
Please visit Merseytravel’s Bus Service updates webpage and MerseyTravel’s Train Service webpage for more information. You should also visit the relevant travel providers’ webpages for the most up-to-date timetable advice. Please note that some timetables may not be updated until Sunday, 24 January or beyond.
