Lauren studies Geography at Manchester University and always knew she wanted a role that connected people and business, so joined a large Oil and Gas firm where she recruited for their graduate scheme across Europe. She was made redundant and joined Hays in May 2011, and so it will be her 10-year anniversary soon!
