When it comes to PhD study, it can be a challenge to get a real grasp on what is right for you.
If you’re unsure about funding opportunities, research proposals or finding the right supervisor, the PhD LIVE Virtual Study Fair taking place next week can help you to better understand your options.
PhD LIVE takes place over two days, with Wednesday 26 January for STEM and Medicine students, and Thursday 27 January focusing on Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Business.
You’ll be able to browse PhD projects, speak to university representatives, and access guidance – all from the comfort of your own home. Plus, you can attend webinars on funding, research proposal writing, and study abroad.
The PhD LIVE Virtual Study Fair is a great chance to connect with universities from the UK and around the world. Each university is just a click away, ready to answer any questions you may have. Whatever stage you’re at, the PhD LIVE Virtual Study Fair can help you explore your options and help you decide on the right place to continue your studies
There will also be representatives from The University of Liverpool taking part, providing an opportunity to hear from staff and students about the PhD opportunities available to you, and what life is like as a postgraduate researcher at Liverpool.
Getting information on your research interests is quick and easy, and you can search for universities and specific programmes once you’re in the fair. Join anytime between 11am-3pm GMT to chat LIVE with university representatives about their PhD projects, funding, supervisors, experience and expectations.
If you don’t have any questions, you can look at their booths, videos and latest information. You’re also able to download information packs provided at the event so that you can read them at your own leisure.
Whatever stage you’re at, PhD LIVE Virtual Study Fair can help you clarify your options.
