Activities you can get involved in this week

Across the University, there are a host of physical and virtual extracurricular activities and events you can get involved with throughout the academic year. Find out what’s on this week below:

Varsity 2022

Liverpool Varsity – a sports competition between our students and students from Liverpool John Moores University – is taking place after a two-year hiatus from Monday evening-Wednesday evening this week. The University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University have been competing in the Varsity competition since 1993. It is the annual coming together of the two largest universities in the city and is hosted by Sport Liverpool and Liverpool SU, and we’re the current holders of the prestigious trophy.

There are more than 40 matches across a number of venues and a range of related social events. The full programme will be published on the Varsity Instagram channel here: https://www.instagram.com/liverpoolvarsity/

Careers and Employability events

Careers and Employability host a range of events where you can meet like-minded professionals and employers, build your professional network and be inspired. This week, you can find out about jobs at BAE Digital Intelligence (28 March), attend a Morgan Stanley Future Female Trader event or a British Psychological Society: Your Future in Psychology event (both on 30 March), and much more.
