Prosper Project provides overview of impact one year on

The Prosper project team has produced a paper that provides an overview showcasing their impact and approach of their pilot one year on.

‘Prosper: A New Model for Postdoc Career Development’ presents an overview of its novel approach to postdoc career development – co-created with postdocs, PIs, employers and the wider HE sector, and developed through pilot cohorts at the University of Liverpool, University of Manchester, and Lancaster University. It draws on data and testimonial to showcase the positive impact the first cohort had on the lives and careers of participating postdocs.

An updated version incorporating data from its second cohort (which finished in February) will be published ahead of Prosper’s national rollout this summer, at which point Prosper and its resources will become freely available to the whole sector.
