Get involved with Feel Good February

Feel Good February is a programme of events and activities designed to help you focus on your health and wellbeing.

The themes of Feel Good February are inspired by the six ways of wellbeing, offering a framework to support your mental and physical health. Throughout the month, there will be plenty of opportunities to nurture yourself and embrace wellbeing.

Take some time this February to prioritise your own self-care. Campus will be buzzing with events and activities open to all students across the month.

There are 4 key weeks to look out for in 2025:

3 – 7 February: Welcome (back) Kickstart the term with events to help you settle in, reconnect with friends, and meet new people.

10 – 14 February: Get involved Discover clubs, societies, and volunteering opportunities to help you feel part of the campus community.

17 – 21 February: Get up and go! Embrace physical activity and energising events to boost your mood and fitness.

24 – 28 February: Sustainability Week Learn how to live more sustainably with workshops, activities, and tips for greener living.
