The team battles storms and sea sickness to conduct ground-breaking microplastics research and expose the crisis of plastic pollution. A powerful story of resilience, hope, and action, this film is a call to action full of optimism for the future.

The screening is part of the Education & Student Experience Day themed around the University of Liverpool’s new Sustainability Strategy. It is open to all University of Liverpool staff and students, as well as third and public sector organisations, and businesses. The screening will be introduced by Sam Hay, the University’s Waste Officer, with networking and a discussion on key themes explored in the film.
