Join in with events and activities on campus this Thursday 13 March for University Mental Health Day,  including the launch of a new Bereavement Support Group.

Free wellbeing activities

These below sessions are open to all students, offering different ways to process emotions, manage stress, and take care of your wellbeing.

Bereavement Support Group

Running for four weeks, this group provides a safe and supportive space for students to explore grief, share experiences, and develop coping strategies. We have reached out to students who have previously contacted us about bereavement, but all students who feel they would benefit from the sessions are welcome to join. Bodyweight Circuits

A free, open session to get moving and boost your mood—no booking required, just turn up.

Yoga Session

A guided session designed to help students unwind and refocus.
