The Wellbeing Team presents a guide to coping with exam stress and improving your revision skills.

Everybody experiences some stress ahead of assessments and a little stress can motivate us to do well. However, we need to learn what causes our stress and how we can manage that stress to make sure that we don’t suffer burnout.

Come and learn how you can look after yourself and make the most of the assessment period.
