Get ready for a full week of free sport & fitness with Active Liverpool.

This week-long programme offers staff and students the chance to take part in a wide range of free sport and physical activity sessions, making it the perfect opportunity to try something new or get back into a routine. From Futsal and Pickleball to a variety of free fitness classes and more, there’s something for everyone—regardless of experience or ability. Simply turn up, get involved, and enjoy being active!
