By taking part in these important surveys, students can help to shape teaching, learning support and digital services for future cohorts.
Complete your Undergraduate Programme Evaluation Survey
Your Programme Evaluation is an annual online survey which will take no more than 15 mins to complete, and will cover different aspects of your academic experience including:
- The teaching on your course
- Workload
- Available support
- Learning resources
- Assessment and feedback
We value your opinion and need your feedback to identify areas of good practice which can be shared. We will look at what works well on your course and what could be better, and the insight you give us will be used to make direct improvements to your course for your next year of study, as well as for future cohorts at the University.

Take part in the Student Learning Survey
Students are also encouraged to complete the Student Learning Survey, which explores how students access learning support beyond your course.
The survey covers areas including:
- Academic and study skills
- Digital skills
- Employability and future success
- Opportunities beyond the curriculum
Students who complete the survey can enter a prize draw to win a bundle of prizes worth more than £200, including a coffee machine, noise-cancelling headphones, Deliveroo vouchers and more. Five runner-up prizes are also available.
Every response helps the University build a clearer picture of what students need and how services and support can continue to evolve.

Help shape the future of exam timetables and results in the My Liverpool app
Students are also invited to share their views on plans to move exam timetables and results into the My Liverpool app.
The University is gathering feedback to better understand how students would like to access important assessment information and what features would be most useful within the app.
Student feedback will directly inform the future development of digital services and help create a more accessible and user-friendly experience.
