My Liverpool app now restored

The My Liverpool app is now available again, following essential maintenance in recent days.

You’ll need to update the app on your device to continue using it by:

  1. Going to your device’s app store (Google Play or App Store)
  2. Searching for the app and clicking update
  3. Then reopen the My Liverpool app
  4. Log out and log back in again

You won’t be able to access the My Liverpool app until you have updated it and logged back in again.

Timetables app

We have alsonow retired the separate Timetables app as part of our ongoing plans to enhance your user experience and bring more of the things you need into one app.

You can find your timetable, directions to your next session and register your attendance in the My Liverpool app.

You can also use the Teaching timetable web portal as normal to access your timetable and record absences.

Reporting absences

If you were unable to report any absences while the app was down and while the My Liverpool web portal was unavailable – from Friday 29 May to Tuesday 2 June – you’ll still need to report any absences during that period retrospectively through the web portal or the updated app.
