Second stop: Photography

Venue: Sports Centre

Time: Ede & Ravenscroft’s official photography studio will be open from 07:45 to 6pm each day, apart from the Friday, when it will close at 4.30pm.

Activity: If you have booked photography through Ede & Ravenscroft, your official photography will be in the Sports Centre. If the queue is too long, pop back later but check with the Sales Desk for closing times and before losing your place in the queue! For more information, contact Ede & Ravenscroft.

For your own photos, your ultimate redbrick backdrop is our iconic Victoria Gallery and Museum. You’ll also find our UoL letters on University Square as well as deckchairs, swing seats on Abercromby Square. You’ll have plenty of time post-ceremony to get all the pics you want!

Third stop: Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

Venue: Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

Opens: One hour before your ceremony is due to start – you need to be seated at least 45 minutes before it begins.

It takes around 15 minutes to walk from campus up to the Philharmonic Hall, so make sure to leave yourself enough time to get there.

Your ceremony will last around 90 minutes, and you and your guests are expected to stay for the duration to celebrate the special moment of all your peers.

We are expecting very warm weather next week. You and your guests will be able to bring water (either in a refillable bottle or a plastic bottle of up to 2 litres in size) into the Philharmonic Hall. You will also be able to refill bottles at several points inside the Hall; please ask a member of Philharmonic Hall staff for more information on the day if you need it.

Fourth stop: Mountford Hall, the Guild

Venue: Mountford Hall, the Guild

Activity: If you have a ticket for your school or department celebration event, head straight to Mountford Hall. Full details, including reception times, will be shared  through communications from your School, so please refer back to these for more details.

You can also celebrate in the Courtyard, The Sphinx, The Augustus John or one of our campus cafes. Find out more about what’s on offer in each venue here.

Final Stop: The Street in the Guild
