The University has congratulated the first eight delegates who have successfully completed their CertAVP via the University’s taught online learning programme.
Following this success, seven of the eight candidates also obtained a designated certificate in Equine Soft Tissue Surgery, Equine Orthopaedic Surgery or Equine Internal Medicine.
Dr Catherine McGowan, Director of Equine Professional Studies, said: “The University online course is unique in that we have both a fully taught programme as well as the only approve species designated synoptic examination.”
The online qualification is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
