Following another successful year of fundraising, Bernie Singleton (centre), who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, is seen with her husband Keith, son Matthew and fellow fundraiser Chris Jones. Bernie presented a cheque for more than £18,000 to the Cancer Research UK Centre to help fund basic science research.
