There are a few remaining tickets available for the next Science and Society Lecture.
On Monday 16 May, Professor Douglas Kell, Chief Executive for the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) will give a talk entitled Why is funding of biological research important for a healthy and prosperous society?
His lecture will take place in the Leggate Theatre in the Victoria Gallery & Museum at 5pm, followed by a networking reception at 6pm.
