GALLERY – Management School celebrates tenth anniversary

The University of Liverpool’s Management School celebrated its tenth anniversary with a dinner at the Lord Mayor of London’s official residence, attended by around 200 distinguished guests, current students and alumni.

The dinner took place at London’s Mansion House, and followed the Management School’s success in achieving accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business

Current MBA students mixed with alumni and guests. The Management School wants students to make a significant contribution in their roles, and to aim to play a part in solving some of the endemic problems facing individuals, companies and communities

The keynote address was delivered by Football Association (FA) board member, Heather Rabbatts. The former BBC governor spoke of the challenges facing women in business, her prior position as the youngest chief executive of a local authority and her previous role as Executive Deputy Chair of Millwall F.C

University of Liverpool Vice-Chancellor Professor Sir Howard Newby greets Pro-Chancellor Professor Jim Keaton CBE. Sir Howard spoke of his “delight” at sharing “this special anniversary in such a prestigious setting”
