Ian Roberts, Conference Co-ordinator at the Foresight Centre has won a prestigious Meetings Industry Association (MIA) award at an event held in London.
He was one of the 23 finalists shortlisted for the award and the University of Liverpool was successful for the second year in a row against nationwide competition in the sector.
Lesley Dann, Conference and Events Manager at the Foresight Centre, said: “Ian is an instant hit with both customers and colleagues. His willingness to help and support colleagues is enlightening and he is often requested as a point of contact for customers.”
Nicola Gilmore, from the Conference Office was last year’s successful recipient.
