The Farmers’ Market will be in University Square on Thursday 12 September from 9.30am until 2.30pm.
It will host a number of stalls which will include a range of locally-produced food including fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, meats and baked goods as well as sustainable catering stalls where people can try a range of fresh food from around the world.
Total Reuse, a community interest company based in Liverpool, will again be hosting a stall to sell some of their statement pieces and tell staff about the collaborative work they are doing with the University.
Total Reuse will be displaying up-cycled waste such as table lights created from old microscope bases and refitted speakers from the Guild.
