All staff throughout the University are being invited to air their views in the Staff Survey 2013 launched today.
With questions including roles, job satisfaction, pay and conditions and worklife balance amongst others, the online questionnaire will be emailed direct to staff from Capita Surveys and research in a bid to get a clear picture of how staff feel about their working life. Paper copies of the survey are being circulated to those staff who do not have online access or would prefer to complete a hard copy.
Closing date
The closing date is 13 December, with headline results available in January, followed by more detailed departmental reports. Actions will then be agreed and departments will communicate their improvement plans to staff.
