Over 2050 members of staff have already completed the online questionnaire, which is being conducted by Capita Surveys and Research on behalf of the University.
The survey, which is completely anonymous, is an important opportunity for staff to voice their views and concerns on aspects of their working life, Survey results will be fed into the University’s planning process and will be discussed as part of regular Quarterly Faculty and Professional Services updates.
By completing their survey, staff will be influencing departmental, faculty and institution-wide plans and the higher the response rate, the more representative the results will be .
Staff have been sent an email invitation with their access code to their email accounts from Capita (@capita.co.uk) titled ‘Staff Surveys’. If staff have lost their email they will receive a reminder later on this week. If staff have not received an email they should contact Darren Mooney in Human Resources. If staff have any questions or problems accessing the survey, or would like to completed the survey on a paper copy or over the phone, they can contact the CAPITA FREEPHONE helpline on 0800 587 3115.
Further information about the survey is available at www.liv.ac.uk/intranet/excellence/consultation/staff-survey/ , including copies of some of the reports from the last survey that took place in 2010.
Headline results will be available in January, followed by detailed reports presented to staff.
