The new HR Intranet has launched, providing staff with a comprehensive resource for HR information and guidance.
Responding to feedback in the staff survey, the new intranet portal has been designed to be much more intuitive and make HR information more accessible.
The site includes three main areas:-
• My HR – providing general HR information and resources to all staff
• Managers – dedicated to supporting those staff with management responsibility in effectively leading their teams
• New Starters – a resource welcoming new staff and helping them to quickly settle into their roles.
