Staff are being offered a 20% discount for ‘Global Universities of the 21st Century’ – a three day event examining how economic changes and diverse demand are affecting the higher education sector.
The event, organised in association with the University of Liverpool as part of the International Festival for Business, provides a platform to network and exchange ideas with educators and policymakers from universities throughout the world.
Tackling higher education issues
The programme will tackle higher education issues at a local, regional and international level and includes sessions with representatives from the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, the CBI, Universities UK and the EU Commission.
Industry representatives involved in sessions include GSK, IBM, Unilever, Seimens, GlaxoSmithKline and BP Plc.
