As many staff may be aware, there are several unions who are scheduled to take strike action in schools on Thursday 10 July.
As a result, some staff may need to make alternative childcare arrangements and are requested to agree appropriate arrangements with their manager in advance should they need to take time off.
This may include paid or unpaid annual leave, time off in lieu (TOIL) where appropriate, or another arrangement that is suitable for the individual the needs of your department.
