Staff are invited to a drop-in event on Thursday 27 November to find out more about new and forthcoming IT services.
The event gives staff the opportunity to discover what Computing Services will be offering and take the chance to try out some of the new equipment, including:
- New laptops, hybrid laptops and tablets that will be available soon through University suppliers
- The new telephone system, which uses the latest Voice over IP technology
- Lecture Capture to record lectures or presentations and make them available in VITAL.
There will be a prize draw at the event, with a chance to win a brand new HP laptop or Android tablet.
The event takes place on Thursday 27 November, between 10am and 4pm in the Chapel at the Foresight Centre.
