Staff are being invited to a drop-in session to contribute thoughts and opinions on our future direction to the next stage of the Strategic Review.
The event will be held at the Foresight Centre Chapel on Monday, 18 May from 10am to 4pm and will give staff the opportunity to ask questions about the Strategic Review and put forward views on the five thematic enquiry areas that have emerged from the first stage of consultation:
*The University as a Values-Driven and Ethical Organisation
*The University as a Member Organisation
*The University as a Partner
*The University as a Global Citizen
*The University as an Innovator/Creator
The Vice-Chancellor discusses her initial thoughts on several of the enquiry areas that will form the basis of the next stage of consultation in the film below.
There is no need to register for Monday’s event. Separate sessions are being planned for staff at Leahurst, Ness Gardens and our London campus in June.
Anita Wright, Head of Strategic Planning, said: “We are extremely keen to hear from as many staff and students as possible – your views are valuable and will help us shape the future priorities and direction of the University.”
A further drop-in event will be held at the Foresight Centre Chapel on Monday, 22 June from 10am to 4pm which will involve additional consultation on emerging ideas and proposals.
An online survey will also be launched on Monday, 18 May but staff can contribute views at any time by emailing: splan@liv.ac.uk. Further information on the Strategic Review process is available at: https://www.liv.ac.uk/intranet/excellence/consultation/strategic-review/.
