The University’s Foresight Centre events team, is looking for public votes to help them win the best team category at the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) Awards.
The team, who received MIA silver accreditation last year, has been shortlisted alongside three other groups, representing a variety of venues across the country.
The awards recognise the individuals who inspire those around them, go above and beyond the call of duty and have a positive impact on their business.
As the only Silver accredited venue in Liverpool, the Foresight Centre’s ethos is based on excellence in customer service, supported by a team that has delivered a variety of conferences, events and charitable fundraisers, as well as accommodated a number of production companies using the venue as a location for shooting television drama.
The award winner will be announced on 28th September at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London.
