The University of Liverpool’s telephone lines have opened for Clearing and Confirmation 2015, with a expected increase on last year’s intake.
Clearing for most non-clinical subjects opened at 6.30am at the University’s Call Centre in the Harrison Hughes Building, where staff are expecting to receive 8,000 calls in the coming week.
Around 150 University staff will be working in the Clearing Call Centre, including admissions tutors, Marketing & Communications staff, student ambassadors and the Accommodation team
The Call Centre will be open on:
- Thursday 13 August: 6.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday 14 August: 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Saturday 15 August: 10.00am – 2.00pm
- Sunday 16 August: Closed
- Monday 17 – Friday 21 August: 9.00am – 5.00pm
