XJTLU students invited to have their say on study experience

Students who have studied at both Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) and the University of Liverpool are being invited to submit their feedback.

Student feedback will contribute to a review of the University’s hugely successful partnership with XJTLU which is now underway to ensure that the next 10 years are as successful as XJTLU’s first decade.

XJTLU was established in 2006 and now has over 10,000 students and approximately 1,000 staff. It offers more than 60 undergraduate degree programmes and taught masters in the fields of science, engineering and management, and awards both its own Chinese degree and a degree from the University of Liverpool. XJTLU also offers doctoral degrees, which are awarded by the University of Liverpool.

Students have the option to transfer to Liverpool for the final two years of their undergraduate degree or to complete their first degree in China and transfer at Master’s level.  From the second year of study at XJTLU, all programmes are delivered exclusively in English.

If you have studied at both our XJTLU campus and our campus in Liverpool, or studied at XJTLU as part of our Study Abroad programme, we would like to hear from you.

Areas we are particularly interested to hear from you about include:

Patrick Hackett, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and sponsor of the project, said: “I would invite anyone who has an interest in our partnership with XJTLU to get involved in this project and contribute their views.”

If you would like to feed back, please send your email to change2@liverpool.ac.uk by Wednesday, 28 February.
