Ahead of our eighth Postgraduate Researcher Week, students are being encouraged to register for a number of research-focussed events and workshops.
Taking place between 12-16 March, Postgraduate Researcher Week is the ideal opportunity for postgraduate researchers to meet up with other research students from across campus and share their experiences, while learning more about the training and development opportunities available to them as a postgraduate student at the University.
Postgraduate Researcher Week is for all postgraduate research students, not just first years, and has a variety of sessions for postgraduate researchers at whatever stage of their PhD.
A range of sessions will be running throughout the week, including advice and guidance from the Liverpool Doctoral College Development team, training sessions, networking events and social activities.
Sessions include:
- Gardening Club
- Your Thesis: Why you should start your writing now!
- Planning your Final Year
- Thesis writing afternoon
- Viva Survivor
Places are limited and a number of sessions are close to full so booking is essential. To register for sessions, please visit the Liverpool Doctoral College website.
