If you’d like to start your own business, come along to our Enterprise Zone this week to get start-up support.
As part of the Zone, you can take part in a number of activities that will help you to start your own business, including:
- A series of inspirational talks from local entrepreneurs
- Networking opportunities in our Enterprise Lab area
- An Enterprise Hub where you can speak to current students who have set up businesses while at university
At the Zone, we’ll also be sharing practical advice on everything business-related, from designing your company logo through to creating your own business cards. We’ll also be offering free professional headshots, which you can use across platforms such as LinkedIn.
Our Enterprise Zone is taking place within our Spring Careers Fairs in The Cyrpt at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.

As the cost of doing business climbs up, so does the viability of businesses go down with the effect that many of the organisations reduce their operations and are forced to let go of some of their employees. So, a nexus exists between scaling down the cost of doing business and slowing down the rise of poverty in a country. One of the ways the government can reduce the cost of doing business is to address the nation’s infrastructure deficit.
