The University’s third annual Wellbeing Week will run from Monday, 30 April to Friday, 4 May. A wide range of events and activities focused on different aspects of wellbeing will be on offer for staff and students throughout the week at Liverpool, Leahurst and London campuses.
Confirmed free activities include a campus fun run, a chance to meet Guide Dogs, a wellbeing fete, mindfulness and relaxation sessions and a series of local walks.
