The Undergraduate Awards is an annual coursework competition for students and the deadline for submitting your work is Tuesday, 12 June 2018.
If you haven’t already submitted your coursework for consideration, do so this week before the competition closes.
Winners and Highly Commended Entrants from previous years have used this achievement to secure postgraduate opportunities and enhance their CV.
Katie Duggan was a Regional Winner in the Social Sciences category in 2016. Katie said: “Thanks to UA, my college has awarded me a bursary towards my postgraduate studies and a job position as a Student Ambassador.
“UA has given me confidence in my abilities and has inspired me to strive for greatness in all areas of my life.”
You can enter the competition if you:
- graduated in 2017 or due to graduate in 2018 or 2019
- have at least one piece of individual coursework that you completed you’re your undergraduate degree
- have a piece(s) of coursework (the piece you plan to submit) that received at least a 2:1 or equivalent grade
If your work is selected as a Global Winner you’ll receive a gold medal at the prestigious Awards Ceremony, which is held in Dublin. Your work will also gain global recognition by being entered into The Undergraduate Journal and you’ll be given access to the Undergraduate Awards Alumni Portal – a network of scholars and industry leaders. Highly Commended and Regional Winners also receive a certificate of recognition.
Submit your work
To submit your work, simply choose your category, prepare your work and complete the submission form via the Undergraduate Awards website. The deadline for submitting your work is Tuesday, 12 June 2018.
