July may seem a long way off, but trust us it’s coming up fast and everyone who’s hoping to graduate this summer needs to start thinking about the next steps now.
But don’t panic, the Careers and Employability team are on hand to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in the jobs market. To help you achieve that, here are five things to do now:
- Drop-in to the Career Studio to speak to the Careers and Employability We can help you with your job application, upcoming interview, assessment centre preparation and talk to you about careers you might want to pursue.
- Look out for our pop-up Career Studio on campus over the coming weeks. Come and talk to us about how we can help. You can also enter our competition to win an iPad.
- If you can’t make it in to the Career Studio or meet us on campus then Ask us a Question via our website and we’ll get straight back to you.
- Attend our career events and engage with employers. Knowing the reality of a role and gaining an insight into the recruitment processes is vital to making the right decision and being successful when applying.
- Keep up-to-date with all of the information you need via our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Use the hashtag #Classof2019 to find our content that’s relevant to you.
