UPDATE NOTICE:
Apologies to all our students who have been trying to use the Graduation Portal today (Wednesday, 27 March). We have been informed that our supplier is experiencing an additional technical issue.
Unfortunately, students with Wednesday, Thursday or Friday graduation ceremonies will not be able to access the Portal today. We hope to have the system back up and running within a week. Please be assured that the same number of additional tickets will remain available for these ceremonies when we re-open. Our graduation team will communicate more information to you via email as soon as it is available.
Students with Monday or Tuesday graduation ceremonies can still access the Graduation Portal.
To ensure booking goes smoothly please avoid pressing the ‘back’ button within your browser at any time during the booking process as this could lock your account. If you are experiencing issues, please log out and reattempt your booking after 30 minutes. In the majority of cases this will solve the issue.

If you are due to graduate this summer, you will be aware that access to the Graduation Portal was lost last week due to issues with the supplier.
The technical issues have now been resolved and the Graduation portal will re-open on Wednesday, 27 March. You will find the new opening times on the Planning Your Graduation webpages.
If you would like guest tickets for your ceremony, you can book from Wednesday when the portal re-opens.
