Colleagues will be aware that the University experienced a major failure of all email services overnight (Tuesday, 19 November).
Following on from the previous update this morning, the University is continuing to work on this significant issue. Therefore, all Outlook services will remain unavailable until further notice.
We understand this may cause frustration, but the University is hard at work to ensure this issue is fully resolved and we will continue to keep you updated.
A reminder that Office 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint remain available for document-sharing.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as the service is returned to normal and apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
