Take part in Row Britannia 2020

Row Britannia is an inclusive (adaptive sport) mental health, fitness and wellbeing challenge by The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT), for teams throughout the UK to raise vital funds and positive awareness.

This year, the University is entering a ‘team’ with the aim of completing 2,020 miles of rowing by 13 March 2020 and raising money for Sport Relief in the process.

Be a part of Team Liverpool

To get involved all you need to do is get on one of our rowing machines located in the Sports & Fitness Centre on campus or in Greenbank Gym. Row your miles and then take a photo of the distance rowed. Show it to a member of our fitness team and they will log your miles. Make sure you do this every time you row so no miles are missed!

You do not need to be a member of the gym to get involved, just head to the Sports & Fitness Centre reception and they will provide you with further details on how you can join in.

Nominate and share

Once you have completed your row, why not nominate a friend or colleague to get involved too! Just take a snap of you and your miles and post this to social media:

I’ve just completed my row for Row Britannia, I nominate @friend to join Team Liverpool #UOLRowBritannia
