Reminder: Big White Wall service available for students

In 2017 the University launched an innovative new mental health support service, Big White Wall, to provide students with support 365 days a year.

Big White Wall is an award-winning online mental health and wellbeing service designed to help people get support, take control and feel better. It provides 24/7 peer and professional support (with trained counsellors online at all times), plus a range of wellbeing tools to help people to self-manage their mental wellbeing.

Big White Wall is also totally anonymous, so no one will know you’ve chosen to use it unless you tell them.

University of Liverpool students who need support can access the service for free 24/7, 365 days a year, see here.

Service updates

Based on user feedback, the service has recently been re-developed to include new tools and features:

If you have already registered with Big White Wall you don’t need to do anything to access these updates. On your next login you will receive a brief tutorial on how to use the new features.
