COVID-19 – updated self-isolation advice

Public Health England (PHE) updated its advice to ask anyone who has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to self-isolate for 14 days. PHE are also advising anyone with:

to stay at home for 7 days.

You are advised not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital and not to contact NHS 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
