Due to the exceptional circumstances faced during the Coronavirus emergency, a number of 2019-20 activities that are eligible for HEAR may not have been able to have been completed, leaving students with a partially completed activity and no opportunity to complete it.
For activities expected to take place during the academic year 2019-20, please now use the following guidelines:
- If a student has completed all of the required elements of the protocol set out for your activity, you are able, through your departmental administrator, to upload the relevant HEAR credit against that student.
- If a student has completed a minimum of 50% of the required elements of the protocol set out for your activity, you are able – through your departmental administrator – to upload the relevant HEAR credit against that student.
- If the student has not achieved the criteria of the HEAR activity then this activity cannot be added to their HEAR. We do still encourage students to talk about what they have done on their CVs and job applications.
The deadline for activities to be checked and uploaded is Thursday 7th May.
