University launches Wellbeing Week

The University is running its fifth annual Wellbeing Week for staff and students this week from 27 April to 1 May 2020. Although this Wellbeing Week won’t include any face-to-face activities, it’s more important than ever that staff and students take some time to find ways to relax, socialise and improve their overall physical and mental health.

Wellbeing Week 2020 offers a range of online activities with each day highlighting one of the five steps to wellbeing – connect, be physically active, learn new skills, give to others, and mindfulness.
