7: Managing difficult thoughts and emotions

Suzi talks to Dr Ross White, a Reader in Clinical Psychology at the University of Liverpool. They discuss why difficult thoughts and feelings might occur, and strategies people can employ to manage them, in particular Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
